Store-bought chashu is fine, too. - 3
[Kaeshi]
Bring the ingredients marked with ★ to a boil and simmer for about 30 seconds to cook off the alcohol. - 4
Add 3 1/3 tablespoons (50 ml) of kaeshi and the MSG to a ramen bowl.

Cook the noodles. Once cooked, drain thoroughly.

Add the soup and then the noodles to the bowl, and gently mix from the bottom.
