Just chop the vegetables and put them in the pot! The seasoning is just bouillon, making it delicious and easy! The origin of this recipe: I wanted to make something different with the same vegetables used for curry!

Cut the vegetables to your preferred size. Smaller pieces absorb flavor better, but potatoes can fall apart easily.

Place the chopped vegetables and about 2 cups (500 ml) of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the bouillon and cover with a lid, reducing to medium heat.

Once the vegetables are cooked through, add the sausages. If you have time before eating, add the sausages when reheating before serving.

Season with salt, pepper, and parsley to taste, and it's ready to serve!
