1 slicesandwich bread
as neededLeftover potato salad,
as neededCheese,
as neededMayonnaise,
Parsley, to taste

Make your favorite potato salad at home. Of course, leftovers work just fine!

Spread mayonnaise on the sandwich bread. Place the potato salad on top, add cheese, and put it in the toaster oven. (1000W for 3 minutes)

Once the cheese is nicely melted, take it out and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
