If you want a firmer, meatier texture, you can increase the ground chicken up to about 12 oz (350g), though the patties will be a bit less fluffy. - 2
Add all the ☆ ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Use a spoon to mix so your hands stay clean. In a separate bowl, combine all the ● sauce ingredients.

◆Note: Some people found the green onions burned◆
Be careful with the amount you mix in! For a nice look, sprinkle chopped green onions on top after cooking instead of mixing them in. - 4
Heat oil in a skillet. Drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture from step 2 into the pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Don’t worry if they stick together—you can easily separate them.

Once browned, pour in the prepared ● sauce while stirring. Turn the heat to high and coat the patties well, flipping occasionally until they’re glossy.

Simmer, shaking the pan occasionally, until the sauce thickens and just a little remains. Done!
*Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if you like.
