Cooking Instructions

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Adjust the firmness to your liking for the best taste. Meanwhile, bring 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of water to a boil for the soup.

Add all the [Shio Ramen Soup Ingredients] marked with ☆ to a ramen bowl.

Pour the 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of boiling water into the bowl to make the shio ramen soup. Crush the white sesame seeds with your fingers as you add them, and add the black pepper as well.

Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the bowl. Your sesame-flavored shio ramen is ready!

Top with your choice of [Shio Ramen Toppings] for extra flavor. Feel free to use your favorite toppings.

Note: The saltiness of chicken bouillon and white dashi can vary by brand. If the soup tastes too salty, add more hot water to adjust to your preference.
