Cooking Instructions

Dice the onion into small cubes.

In a bowl, mix the onion, natto (add the included sauce if available), sake, potato starch, and olive oil well.

Heat oil in a frying pan, then add the mixture from step 2, flattening it into a round shape. Cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Serve on a plate, and if desired, add mustard and enjoy with soy sauce or ponzu.
