  • Cream Cheese Syrup
  • 3 1/2 oz (100 g)cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
  • 1/2 cup (100 ml)whole milk
  • 1/4 cup (50 g)sugar
  • as neededInstant coffee,
  • as neededCocoa powder,
  • as neededIce,

Steps

    Let the cream cheese come to room temperature.

  2. 2

    Make the cream cheese syrup: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add the milk, stirring until well combined and smooth.

  3. 3

    Put ice into a shaved ice machine and make shaved ice in serving bowls. Pour the cream cheese syrup over the ice, then sprinkle with instant coffee and cocoa powder in that order.
