Steps

Cut off the roots of the komatsuna and slice into 1 1/4 inch pieces. Julienne the carrot.

Add the ground meat to a frying pan and cook until the color changes.

Add the carrot and the stems of the komatsuna. Once they start to soften, add the bean sprouts and komatsuna leaves, then stir-fry with the ingredients labeled [A].

Serve the cooked white rice in bowls, top with the stir-fry from step 3, and add egg yolk or soft-boiled egg and sesame seeds as desired.
