Cooking Instructions

Cook the KitoKito Shinryo Echigo rice grain type.

Finely chop the vegetables and pork. Parboil the onion for 3 minutes and soak the bell pepper in water for 7 minutes.

Beat the egg and scramble it in 1 teaspoon of butter.

Sauté the mixture from step 2 in the remaining butter, then add the rice and scrambled egg. Season with salt and pepper.

KitoKito Shinryo Echigo rice grain type is a low-protein rice (1/12.5 protein) that can be cooked without rinsing.
