Egg and Noodles Wrap

In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients of the dough, knead for about 5 minutes and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.

In a wok, heat oil, carrot, cabbage and spring onion along with ajino moto, paprika and maggi cubes. Saute until the vegetables are slightly tender. Add noodles and cook until heated through. Drizzle with soy sauce and mix.

3. Divide the dough into 8 to 10 equal portions. Roll each portion into 8 inch circles. On a heated griddle, place the wrap, brush the top side with oil, flip after 1 minutes. Brush the other side with oil and cook until light brown patches are seen.ingredients for assembling

4. To assemble: In a same griddle, break an egg, pour half of it on to the wrap, wait until slightly set, flip and cook for 30 seconds. Putting the side with egg up, spread chili sauce, place some noodles and finally put few onion slices. Firmly roll to get a wrap. Repeat to make other wraps.
