Ingredients

  • 2breast of chicken
  • 2 pieceshard bread
  • 1egg
  • 1small baunch of parsil
  • 1/2a tea spoon of garlic mashed
  • 10dried tomatoes
  • pepper
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 1/2a ball of Mozzarela
  • 3table spoon of Sunflower oil
  • 1egg
  • 3table spoon of flour

    Heat the milk. Cut the bread into a small piece, then let it soak in the milk until all the milk is absorbed and the bread completely soft.

  2. 2

    In the robot chop chicken and parsley.

  3. 3

    In a bowl combine the soaked bread, the chicken, the garlic mashed, the salt and the pepper.

  4. 4

    Roughly chop the dried tomatoes, then add them to the preparation.

  5. 5

    Cut the diced mozarella.

  6. 6

    Make a ball with the preparation, insert a piece of mozarela and close the ball.

  7. 7

    Pass each ball in the beaten egg and then in the flour..

  8. 8

    Heat the butter and oil together, then gently place each ball in the pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

  9. 9

    Serve with a salad of mache or rocket with some black olives.
