Ingredients

15 minutes
2 Servings
  1. 300 gSkin-Off Salmon Fillets *bone removed and cut into chunky bite-size pieces
  2. Salt
  3. Ground Pepper *I used White Pepper
  4. Dill & Parmesan Sauce
  5. 15 gParmesan Cheese *grated
  6. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped Onion
  7. 2 tablespoonsJapanese Mayonnaise
  8. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped Dill
  9. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped Parsley
  10. 1 pinchSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Season Salmon pieces with Salt fairly strongly. Leave them in the fridge for a few hours.

  2. 2

    Combine all the Sauce ingredients.

  3. 3

    Oil a small baking tray OR line it with baking paper OR foil. *Note: If you line the tray with foil, you should oil the foil.

  4. 4

    Dry Salmon pieces with paper towel if they are wet. Sprinkle with some Ground Pepper, place on the prepared tray, spoon the sauce on top of each piece.

    Bake until nicely browned and cooked to your preference. I baked in my Mini Toaster Oven for 8 minutes. You can bake in a hot oven, 220℃ OR hotter, for 10 to 15 minutes OR until nicely browned and cooked to your preference.
