Ingredients

2 people
  • 1/4 th cup Shredded red cabbage
  • 4 tbspplain curd (non sour)
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 4-5mint leaves
  • 1 table spoonfresh coriander leaves
  • 1 table spoonGhee
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspasafoetida powder
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 tspsesame seeds
  • 1/2 tspurad daal
  • 1/2nylon coconut if available

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add Shredded red cabbage in whisked curd(dahi) and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Add black pepper powder, sugar, salt, mint leaves and coriander leaves.

  3. 3

    For tadka
    Add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, Urad Daal, sesame seeds, finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves and allow it to tempered.

  4. 4

    Now add tadka in curd cabbage mixture.

  5. 5

    Serve it with thepla or rice
