Here's an excellent recipe featuring perfectly melty Camembert for quick cooking in the air fryer. Served with these roasted potatoes.
Cooking Instructions

Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into cubes. Place them in a bowl, then add two tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. If desired, add Herbes de Provence or thyme and a bit of garlic powder. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, checking occasionally. Set aside.

Next, remove the Camembert from the packaging. Keep the cardboard box and line it with parchment paper. Score the top of the Camembert along the lines with a knife. Press firmly with the tip of the knife. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper, as well as thyme or Herbes de Provence.

Place the Camembert in the air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, checking until they are perfectly melty.

Reheat the potatoes for a few minutes. Serve and dip the roasted cubes into the Camembert. Yum 🤤😋
