Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground meat
  2. 1egg
  3. 1/2 cupdiced bell pepper
  4. 1/4 cupdiced onion
  5. 4 ozdiced mozzarella
  6. 1 cupcroutons (kind of broken but not crushed)
  7. 1/8 cupbread crumbs
  8. 1/8 cupketchup
  9. 2 Tworchestshire sauce
  10. 1 tspminced garlic
  11. 1/2 tspeach salt/pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Lightly mix all ingredients with your hands. Try not to mush and squeeze it between your fingers, it'll make it dense.

    Split into two. Mold each half into a loaf shape. Place both in one 9x13 glass pan.

    Cook for 45 to 1 hour at 400.

Honestly, I put my recipes here so that I can easily look them up myself (although some are made often enough that I no longer need the recipe - like the pork chops, my son's favorite). That being said, these are the tried and true dishes I make on a regular basis for my family. But, of course, I'm glad to share...enjoy.
