Mash bananas first and keep aside

In a jar pour milk and crack your egg and mix. Then add brown sugar and chocolate chips, banana mash and mix. In a separate bowl add your flour salt and baking powder and combine.

Now add your wet mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.

Heat a frying pan and grease with ghee. On low heat, take an ice cream scoop and scoop your pancake mixture for all even size pancakes.

Keep the rest in an airtight container to make the next day.
