Ingredients

  2. 1 KgLamb Cut Pieces
  3. 1Large Onion
  4. Ginger and Garlic Paste
  5. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  6. 1 tspChillie Powder
  7. 4Tblsp Oil
  8. step 2 ingredients
  9. 4Tblsp Oil
  10. 1Medium sized chopped Onion
  11. 4Grated Tomatoes
  12. 2Tblsp Tomato Paste
  13. 1 tspGaram Masala
  14. 1 tspCumin Powder
  15. 2 tspChillie Powder
  16. 2Tblsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  17. 1Tblsp Finely Chopped Coriander
  18. 1/2Sour Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    STEP 1 METHOD : Braise onion in oil till browned. Add in Lamb after along ginger and garlic paste. Cook for few mins then add in your spices and cook till tender and soft.

  2. 2

    STEP 2 METHOD : Into a pan add in oil and your onions and cook till translucent and soft. Then add in your grated tomatoes and Tomato Paste. Stir, then add in your spices and fresh coriander. Cook for few mins then add in your Sour Milk.

  3. 3

    Final Step : Add your cooked Lamb Meat mixture into your cooked Tomato sauce and cook for 5mins till flavours Marry together.

  4. 4

    Serve with freshly sprinkled coriander and Indian classic Naan or Roti.
