Steps

STEP 1 METHOD : Braise onion in oil till browned. Add in Lamb after along ginger and garlic paste. Cook for few mins then add in your spices and cook till tender and soft.

STEP 2 METHOD : Into a pan add in oil and your onions and cook till translucent and soft. Then add in your grated tomatoes and Tomato Paste. Stir, then add in your spices and fresh coriander. Cook for few mins then add in your Sour Milk.

Final Step : Add your cooked Lamb Meat mixture into your cooked Tomato sauce and cook for 5mins till flavours Marry together.

Serve with freshly sprinkled coriander and Indian classic Naan or Roti.
