Ingredients

  1. 7 ozVietnamese pork sausage (giò lụa)
  2. 1 packagerice paper wrappers
  3. 3large eggs
  4. 2 headslettuce
  5. 1green mango
  6. 2cucumbers
  7. 1 bunchcilantro
  8. 1 bunchfresh mint
  9. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  10. 1chili pepper, minced
  11. 1.1 lbsrice vermicelli noodles (500 grams)
  12. 3 tablespoonssugar (about 38 grams)
  13. 3 tablespoonsvinegar (about 45 ml)
  14. 1 tablespoonseasoning salt (about 18 grams)
  15. 2 tablespoonsfish sauce (about 30 ml)
  16. 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  17. 1small bowl water (about 1/2 cup or 120 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the Vietnamese pork sausage into thin strips. Cook the eggs into thin omelets and slice into strips. Shred the green mango into thin pieces.
