Little millet Laddu
Steps
- 1
Takeall the needed ingredients. Clean the millet before roasted.
- 2
In a heavy bottom pan,dry roast moong dal and gardamom, together without burning it. Turn off the flame when the aroma comes. Keep aside.
- 3
Next, dry roast the millet, same here, turn off the flame when aroma comes from it. Cools it down.
- 4
Then transfer both to the mixer jar and grind as fine powder. Then.add punch of salt and jaggery power(3/4cup is enough for me) grind again.
Add jaggery powder as per your taste.
- 5
Now turn on the flame, add ghee and melt it. When it's hot and the grinded powder and mix well. Then, mix it well with your hand though it's slightly hot. Take a handful of it and hold tight and make a balls.
- 6
Another way: in that ghee mixture, add fresh coconut and make balls. Its more softer than the previous method. Its delicious in both methods.
- 7
That's all. Healthy and delicious Millet Laddu is ready.
