Steps

Wash and boil arbi till done.

Peel the arbi prick with fork and make pieces.

Take one bowl add arbi pieces now add coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder,garam masala powder and salt.mix and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

Heat oil in pan add marinated Arbi. shallow fry them for 5-10 mnts. remove from fire and keep aside.

In another pan heat one tbsp oil add jeera

Now add chopped onion cook till light brown in color now add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt mix. Add little water mix.

Cover and cook till tomatoes get soft. Add roasted groundnut powder mix now add beaten curd mix

Add water and let it boil.now add fried arbi mix cook for two mnts.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve
