In order to make Chilli Paneer at first mix egg whites and cornflour together with a little bit of salt. Then paneer cubes are poured into the mixture.

Now it's time to deep fry the paneer cubes in heated oil. Fry them until it gets golden. Now the fried paneer cubes are coated with remaining batter of corn flour. Fry them again in golden brown colour.

Now in a kadai add 25ml of refined oil and heat it. Fry chopped onion until colour changes into white and add chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic. Fry them for 2-3 minutes in high flame. Now add the masalas except garam masala. Cook them with a little bit of water. Now add tomato cubes and capsicum cubes. Saute them.

After the gravy gets sauteed add onion cubes. Cook it for nearly 5 minutes in medium flame. When onion cubes change its colour add ample water. Cook it for 2-3 minutes before adding fried paneer cubes and sauces.

Now cover the lid and cook for around 10 minutes in low medium flame to thicken the gravy. Add some garam masala powder into it. Now it's totally ready to serve with rice or parathas or rotis.
