Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and score the cut side in a crosshatch pattern.

Sprinkle salt on the cut side and let it sit for about 10 minutes, then wipe off the moisture that appears.

Mix the seasonings marked with ◎, spread on the cut side of the zucchini, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
