To make mava..
Add milk powder and milk in a nonstick pan.
Stir continuously on a slow flame.
When the mixture starts binding,add ghee,mix well and keep aside to get cool. - 2
Now in the same pan add paneer and milk, mix thoroughly, when milk evaporates,add sugar and ghee,mix till sugar dissolves and mixture leaves the pan,
Lastly,add almond cashew flakes and cardamom powder.
Mix well and switch off the gas. - 3
Transfer the mixture in a greased plate.
Let it cool down,then cut in a square piece.
Paneer Kalakand is ready.
