Beetroot crackers

Pressure cook, half a beetroot and cool and grind it to a fine paste.

Add roasted powdered rolled oats. Add in baking soda, baking powder, amchur chilli powder, salt and mix well.

To this add 1 teaspoon ghee and puree of beetroot and make a stiff dough.

Grease a parchment paper place the door in the centre, Grease another parchment paper placed parchment paper over the dough. Using a rolling pin roll the dough evenly.

Now make holes on the dough and cut into strips.Sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for 20 mins in preheated oven at 200 degrees.. Once baked toast for 10 mins. Serve with cheese sauce..
