Steps

Wash and soak quinoa for half an hour.

Heat oil add veggies fry for a few minutes, then add green chilli paste, ginger paste,all powder masala and salt.

Add tomato puree, water and soaked quinoa and cook till soft (don't add too much water).
- 4
Quinoa Tawa Pulao is ready to serve with curd.
