  1. 1 tbspOlive Oil
  2. 7 clovesGarlic (Finely Chopped)
  3. 3Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  4. 1Large Onion (Diced)
  5. 1Large Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
  6. 2Whole Boiled Eggs
  7. 6Boiled Egg Whites
  8. Salt to Taste
  9. 1/2 tspKashmiri Chilli Powder
  10. 1 tbspHot and Sweet Tomato Chilli Sauce
  11. 1/8 tspDark Soy Sauce

Total Time: 30 Minutes
  1. 1

    “Boil the Eggs”:
    • Boil the eggs and immediately transfer them into an ice water bath. De-shell and chop each egg into 8 cubes. Use 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites for the recipe. Set aside.

    “Prepare the Veggies “:
    • Finely chop the garlic and green chillies. Dice the onion and green bell pepper. Set aside.

    “Cook the Dish”:
    • Preheat a kadai and add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and green chillies. Sauté on low flame until the garlic turns slightly golden brown.
    • Add the diced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the veggies retain their crunch.
    • Add the diced boiled eggs, kashmiri chilli powder and salt. Gently mix.

    Add the hot and sweet tomato chilli sauce and dark soy sauce. Mix until well combined. Sauté for a few minutes and then switch off the flame.

    “Serve”:
    • Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy your High Protein Egg Dish.
