“Boil the Eggs”:
• Boil the eggs and immediately transfer them into an ice water bath. De-shell and chop each egg into 8 cubes. Use 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites for the recipe. Set aside. - 2

“Prepare the Veggies “:
• Finely chop the garlic and green chillies. Dice the onion and green bell pepper. Set aside. - 4
“Cook the Dish”:
• Preheat a kadai and add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and green chillies. Sauté on low flame until the garlic turns slightly golden brown.
• Add the diced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the veggies retain their crunch.
• Add the diced boiled eggs, kashmiri chilli powder and salt. Gently mix. - 5

Add the hot and sweet tomato chilli sauce and dark soy sauce. Mix until well combined. Sauté for a few minutes and then switch off the flame.

“Serve”:
• Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy your High Protein Egg Dish. - 9
