  • 200 grrice
  • 400 mlwater
  • 2 tablespoonsdried parsley
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • 2lemons

  1. 1

    Cook the rice in water for about 25 minutes.

  2. 2

    While the rice is still hot add the parsley,butter and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
