A super hygienic biscuit to relish with tea or coffee.
Has wheat flour, wheat bran and oats.
Steps

Crush oats to a powderKeep all ingredients chilled.

Mix all ingredients except milk.

Mix the chilled butter well and make the ingredients crumbly. Add in chilled milk as required and collect to form a dough.

Just bring all the ingredients together to form a medium stiff dough.Do not knead. Place baking
paper in baking trays. Take half the dough and roll out a thick sheet, in between 2 plastics. - 5
Cut roundels using a cookie cutter. Prick and form desired design on top. (Keep base intact.). Remove extras and roll again.

Place all the rolled biscuits on the lined baking trays.

Preheat oven @ 150°C for 5 minutes and place the tray for baking. Bake for 8-10 minutes until a nice golden colour comes on top. These biscuits will bloat and thicken more.

Take out and cool on wire rack. These will be soft first,but get harder on cooling.After 5 minutes transfer all the biscuits onto a wire rack and cool completely. Similarly, bake all the digestive biscuits.

Note that temperature and baking time may vary for different ovens.
