Serves 2 servings

1generous handful of celery leaves
1 handfulwalnut halves
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
3 1/2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil (about 50 ml)

Place all the ingredients in a blender cup.

Blend everything together using an immersion blender.

If needed, add a splash of water.

Use the pesto to dress pasta or spread on crostini.
