This is a well known recipe of Spain. I have tried this with water spinach inspite of spinach.
Steps

Roast peanuts and almonds in a frying pan separately.

Now clean the peanuts membrane. Now cut every almonds into two parts.

Heat up a frying pan with virgin olive oil and fry minced garlic. Now add water spinach leaves and saute it for 6-8 minutes with rock salt. Add black pepper powder. Saute it for nearly 2-3 minutes in low flame. Now add peanuts and almonds with sauteed water spinach.

Now add soaked raisins and red chillies. Mix them well. Now try it with bread sandwich at breakfast.
