Boil milk stirring occasionally & reduce it till 3/4 of the milk remains in the pan.

Add grated tender coconut 🥥 & mix. Continue to boil, stirring continuously till thick & coconut is cooked properly & incorporated well in the milk.

Switch off the flame. Take it in short glasses & garnish it with Indian Flag Colours 🇮🇳 using Saffron, cardamom powder & a pinch of green colour.🇮🇳 Celebrate Independence Week with this delicious Kheer.🙏🇮🇳🙏
