This sabji is very useful. Spanish and moong daal sabji is useful for weight loss.
Cooking Instructions

First take one bowl spinach and one cup moong daal. Wash properly and cut it. Take a bowl add spinach and 3 cup of water and A Pinch of baking boil for 3 minutes. Then take a pressure cooker add moong dal and cook for two whistle.

Then remove water then take spinach in a bowl. Then heat a pan add 3 tbsp ghee add 2 cinnamon piece 1 bay leaf 1/2 cumin seeds1 dry red Chilli and let it crackle then add garlic paste and add 1 chopped onion and saute for 1 minute.

Then add 1 chopped tomato and green chilli cook for 2 minute. Then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well and add1 tsp salt and saute it. Then add boiled spinach and boiled moong daal.

Then spinach and noong daal cook for 3 minutes on medium flame then add add1 tsp Garam Masala.Roast it until the ghee spread from it. Then our Fiber - Rich super healthy spinach and moong dal sabji is ready.
