Full of Vitamin Rich Mixed Lentils

Wash and Soak the lentils for 10 minutes.
Finely chopped onion tomato chilli garlic and ginger.
After 10 minutes,boil the Dal using 1 litre of water.
Mix chilli turmeric and coriander powder with little water in the bowl.
Make everything ready. - 2
Add oil in a pan
Add mustard, cumin and carrom seeds together with asafoetida.
After that add Chilli Garlic and ginger.
Saute for a while then add onion tomato and salt accordingly. - 3
When tomatoes become mushy,
Add a mixture of spices with little water.
Let the masala cook well.
Then add boiled Dal and coriander.
Lastly add lemon juice,Boil it for 3-4 minutes then switch off the heat. - 4
Vitamin rich mixed lentils are ready.
Transfer into serving bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve hot.
