After half an hour, take a grinding jar and add this soaked mustard and poppy seeds in it. Throw away the excess water by straining them. Now add green chillies, grated coconut, curd, salt and turmeric and grind them into a smooth paste as shown below.

Now clean the prawns, add little salt & turmeric powder. Coat them well with the prawns. Now heat a pan and add some mustard oil for frying the prawns. Now shallow fry them and keep them aside.
- 3
Now take steel tiffin box and add the fried prawns in it. Add the mustard mixture too it. Add 2 tbsp of water. Combine the prawns well with the mixture. Check the salt consistency. Pour about 2 to 3 tsp of mustard oil on top of it. Place 2 slit green chillies too as shown below. Sprinkle some chopped coriander too. Now close the lid of the tiffin box.
- 4
Take a pressure cooker and fill its base with some water. Now place a stand inside it, as shown in the image below and place the tiffin box over it. Close the lid of the pressure cooker & wait for 3 to 4 whistle on medium flame.
- 5
Now wait for the air to get released from the pressure cooker. Then let the cooker cool down. Now remove the tiffin box gently. Your fried chingri bhapa is now ready to serve. Garnish it with some chopped coriander. Serve it hot with steamed rice. It tastes heaven.
