Methi Palak Muthiya is very healthy and tasty. In the winter season, a combination of bajra and methi is very good, and it has lots of health benefits.
Steps

Take all the ingredients for Methi Palak Muthiya.

Take a bowl and add finely chopped methi leaves to it, Now add finely chopped palak leaves to it, After adding palak leaves, add finely chopped coriander leaves to it, Now add finely chopped green chillies to it,

Now add white sesame seeds to it, Now add sugar to it, After adding sugar, add asofoetida powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste,

Now add oil to it, After adding oil, add lemon juice to it, Now add wheat flour, besan flour, and bajra flour to it,

Now mix all the ingredients together and make muthiya from it, Now put the muthiya in a steamer for 20 - 25 mins and steam it, After 25 mins check muthiya is ready,

Now take the methi palak muthiya in a plate and cool it for 5 mins. Once it cools down, cut the muthiya into pieces, Now take a pan and add oil to it for tampering the methi palak muthiya. Once the oil gets heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds asofoetida, and curry leaves to it,

Now add methi palak muthiya to it and mix it properly and cook for 2 to 3 mins, Methi Palak Muthiya is ready to serve, take it to the serving plate,garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
