Start by soaking the cheakpeas for 4 to 5 hours or overnight and then cook them with water for 6 whistles.

Add some oil to a pan and turn on the flame. Add mustard seeds, jeera and dried red chilli.

Add chopped garlic, saute a little and add curry leaves.

Add the boiled chole along with red chilli powder, jeera-coriander powder, hing, turmeric, sugar and salt to taste and mix.

Add the curd and 1 tsp kasuri methi, cook for 2 minutes.

Now take a small portion of the dough and roll a bigger and little thick roti. Fry it on both the sides by pressing to avoid rising and strain.

Take a plate and put one taco. Add the chole masala and little kasuri methi.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves and grated cheese over. Serve and enjoy ✨
