Ingredients

15-20 minutes
Serves 3-4 servings
  • 1 cupshelled fresh green peas (about 150 grams)
  • 3.5 ozpaneer (about 100 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger and green chili
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  1. 1

    Melt the butter in a skillet. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle, then add the chopped ginger and green chili. Sauté until fragrant.

    Add the green peas and salt. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Mash the paneer and add it to the pan. Add black pepper and mix well.

    Add chopped cilantro and chaat masala. Your tasty green peas and paneer bhurji is ready to serve.
