Grind mint and coriander leaves as fine paste

In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flow, cumin powder, chilli powder, salt and chopped curry leaves,

Mix everything, add cashewnut, warm oil, combine well,

Now sprinkle water little by little and mix the dough as chappathi consistency

Heat oil, take the dough and drop in oil as we fry pakoda in medium heat until golden brown
- 6
When cool, store it in air tight jar, Enjoy the mint cashewnut pakoda with tea or coffee
