Lauki Wheat flour Muthiya
Steps

Start by mixing grated lauki, wheat flour, turmeric, red chili powder, sesame seeds, baking soda and salt as required in a bowl.

Add a tbsp of oil, curd and water gradually to make a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into cylindrical shapes using your palms.

Place the rolled muthiya in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Steamed muthiya will look as shown.

Slice them into small discs.

For tempering, add 2 tbsp oil to a pan along with mustardand cumin seeds. When they pop add hing and curry leaves.

Add the muthiya discs along with spices of your choice, i have added red chilli powder, jeera-coriander powder and little sugar and saute for about 2 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy ✨
