Indian salmon or Blue threadfin/Rawas Fish - Fry

Clean and wash Indian Salmon or Blue threadfin. Now apply lemon juice from both the sides. Leave it for 10 minutes.

For marination:- take crushed garlic, ginger, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric, salt to taste and mix well. Apply to the fish from both the sides. Marinade it for at least half an hour.

Prepare its Coating:- rice flour, semolina, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric, salt to taste and mix well. Your Coating is ready.

After half an hour, take the piece of Indian Salmon or Blue threadfin and coat it well, from both the sides. Meanwhile keep a Pan or Iron Tawa for roasting/frying. When the pan is hot, spread oil on it.

Simmer the gas flame, roast/fry Indian Salmon or Blue threadfin till it turns crispy and golden color.

Indian Salmon or Blue threadfin Fry or Rawas fish fry is ready to serve. Serve hot with lemon wedges, salads if required.
