Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cuprice flour (about 100 grams)
  2. 3/4 cupoat flour (about 100 grams)
  3. 2 large eggs or 3 medium eggs
  4. 1 ripe avocado
  5. 1 cup dried blueberries (about 150 grams)
  6. 1 packet vanilla sugar
  7. 1 vial of millefiori essence
  8. 1/3 cup Stevia or erythritol (about 70 grams)
  9. 1/4 cup milk (about 50 grams)
  10. Liquor of choice (I used Strega) to taste
  11. 1/2 packet baking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the blueberries for a few minutes in the chosen liquor.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with the chosen sweetener, then add the flavorings.

    Cut open the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place it on a plate and mash it with a fork until creamy. Add it to the bowl and continue beating with a mixer.

    Add the milk, then the flours, and finally the blueberries with all the liquor and the sifted baking powder.

    Mix well and pour the batter into muffin cups. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and bake for 35 minutes, always checking with a toothpick.
