Tricolour rice for celebrating the day using natural vegetable colour.
Steps

Wash and soak rice for half an hour, finely chop pumpkin and broccoli. Pressure cook rice adding star, cardmum,bay leaf, cinnamon and salt.

For pumpkin rice heat ghee in a pan add chopped pumpkin and fry for a while then add salt, turmeric, pepper powder mix it well add rice and mix everything well.

For broccoli rice heat ghee add broccoli fry for a while then add salt, pepper and coriander leaves after that add coriander leaves and mix everything well. For white rice take plain steamed rice.

Now arrange rice according to the flag colours and tricolour rice is ready.
