  4. 1 1/2 tablespoonsflour
  5. 1 teaspoonhot paprika
  6. 1 teaspoonsweet paprika
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoonsonion powder
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1chipotle or 3 teaspoons of the sauce

    Put the butter in a saucepan and as it melts, add the flour (sifted) and stir with a whisk to avoid lumps, for about 5 minutes over low heat.
