I received a request for a delicious way to cook pork tenderloin other than cutlets, so today I made pork chops. If you mix the sauce in advance, it comes together easily. Pork tenderloin is low in fat and carbohydrates, and it's rich in vitamin B1 and minerals. Coating it with cornstarch makes the sauce cling well, resulting in a delicious and tender dish. A light red wine pairs well with this dish.

Serves 4 servings
  1. 300 gpork tenderloin
  2. Salt, to taste
  3. Pepper, to taste
  4. as neededCornstarch,
  5. 1 tablespoonoil
  6. Ketchup Sauce
  7. 2 tablespoonstomato ketchup
  8. 2 tablespoonswhite wine
  9. 1 teaspoonhoney
  10. 2 inchesmustard from a tube
  11. 1 clovegrated garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ketchup sauce ingredients together.

    Cut the tenderloin into 1/2-inch slices, arrange them on a tray, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat evenly with cornstarch.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the tenderloin over medium heat.

    Once browned, flip and brown the other side.

    Add the ketchup sauce and simmer until the alcohol evaporates.
