Banana pistachio toast

Sliced bananas sit on a rich, pistachio cream in this delectable gourmet breakfast toast, which is garnished with crunchy pistachios and a honey drizzle. It's elegant enough for brunch and the ideal artisan toast for any time of day.
I've been obsessed with pistachio cream lately. Last month I tried making it and just got, if not for the accident! I bowled the pistachios in the microwave and even managed to get the bowl out and on the kitchen counter…one handed… and then disaster struck. The bowl got unbalanced and the boiling water was all over my wrist and hand. Needless to say, for three weeks I had terrible burn injury.
I ordered it online. And it was delivered broken!
Located an Italian store in Toronto and off I went and got the cream!
Since then I have experimented with it and but the photos did not come out good!
Today I tried this Banana Pistachio Toast and...yummilious!
Everything else is easy once you find pistachio cream. Don't worry, pistachio cream is getting more and more well-liked and is easily accessible online. Just grab your favourite slice of bread, toast it and generously spread the pistachio cream. Top it with banana slices, drizzle of honey. Finishing the toast off with some crunch is a handful of chopped pistachios.
You have to try this creamy, luscious, nutty pistachio version if you believed peanut butter and bananas was a match made in heaven. What's the best part? For a little something more, add that last dab of luscious honey.
