First, in a bowl, mix together finely chopped green chilies, crushed green garlic, ginger-green chili paste, crushed dry garlic paste, crushed ajmo, asafoetida, turmeric, salt to taste, and red chili powder. Mix well. Then add 1 cup of bajra flour, a little at a time, and mix well. After that, add a little water at a time and knead a smooth dough.

Make equal-sized balls from the dough. Roll out one ball into a round shape, roast it on both sides on a pan, and then brush oil on both sides and roast again. (You can also roast it instead of cooking it.)
