Steps

First clean wash hands.
Wash and soak poha and groundnuts for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the salad vegetables and ready all the dry masalas. - 2
Mix the dry masalas into the poha and groundnuts. Mix masalas in small batches of the soaked poha for a homogenous mix.

Mix masalas in the chopped salad also. Mix lemon juice into the poha, groundnuts and salad.

Now mix the three masala-mixed ingredients.
Tasty quick snack is ready in a jiffy. - 5
Serve in individual dishes. Top with chavana(optional). Serve immediately.
