Peel and remove unwanted skin of orange.

In a pan add orange pulp, mash it well then add sugar, mix well.

Then add dessicated coconut. If needed then add orange food color. Mix it well.

Now, grate khoya and add it in the mixture.

Mix well and cook until it leaves the pan.

Grease any plate or tray with ghee and set the orange mixture on it. Let it cool.

Cut and serve this delicious orange barfi.
