Fresh Strawberry Cream Roll Cake Fresh Strawberry Cream Roll Cake
I made this as a birthday present for my friend (and also because I wanted to eat it)! Roll cakes are easy to transport so they are ideal gifts. Roll cakes are really wonderful when you combine heavy cream with strawberries in the filling!I recommend using heavy cream with 35% milk fat. If you want this to turn out even more beautiful then it is good to peel one more layer off upon baking. I was making it as a gift this time and wanted to make it beautiful, so I decorated the top with sliced strawberries. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -
Strawberry Tiramisu Roll Cake Strawberry Tiramisu Roll Cake
I had a strawberry tiramisu cake that was super delicious, o I wanted to try making a roll cake, too.Dried fruit will plump while cooking, so cut it into small pieces.Dissolve 1~2 drops of food coloring into water and add to Step 9. (If you add the food coloring as-is, you'll end up with red splotches.)If the baking time is too short, it will be too soft and won't peel off the baking sheet. So please be sure to bake until the surface turns a nicely baked color. For 27 x 27 cm [10.6 x 10.6 in] baking pan. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
Strawberry Swiss Roll Cake Strawberry Swiss Roll Cake
Here is an airy and light strawberry swiss roll cake, made with simple ingredients. It almost tastes like strawberry shortcake but simpler in form and baking process. For a sweeter version, we can also add a layer of strawberry jam 😋 Spoonful Passion -
Cocoa Crepe Roll Cake with Whole Strawberries Cocoa Crepe Roll Cake with Whole Strawberries
I wanted to eat a roll cake, but using the oven was too much of a bother...so I thought this up. I used "mille-feuille crepes" (multi-layered crepe cakes) as my inspiration. I made the crepes in a square tamagoyaki (omelet) pan the crepes were all the same shape and easy to roll up!The cream will ooze out from the edges if it is too liquid when you roll the crepes up, but if you whip it properly it's easier to roll. Alternatively, instead of rolling up each crepe, try stacking up all the crepes first and then roll them all together in one go. This produces a neater roll.Use any leftover crepe batter or filling to eat as regular crepes! Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -
Petit Strawberry Roll Cake with Ladyfinger Biscuit Crust Petit Strawberry Roll Cake with Ladyfinger Biscuit Crust
I wanted to have a strawberry roll cake made with ladyfinger cookies.Choose hard strawberries, otherwise it's too easy to ruin the round shape when you cut. Leaves with a stem will be easier to stick into strawberries. If the cake is too soft, it will stick to your hands when you roll, so make sure to bake well in Step 6.If you use 1 cm piping tip, it will appear like a beautiful flower at the sliced end. Try to squeeze extra dough on top. For 27 cm [10.6 in] x 27 cm baking tray. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
Chocolate Roll Cake with Pink Raspberry Cream Chocolate Roll Cake with Pink Raspberry Cream
I like the combination of chocolate and raspberries. I decided to match them in a roll cake.It is easier to slice the cake after the filling cream has set completely.By adding the raspberries to the cream in two batches, you can still enjoy some chunks of raspberries. It's also OK if you want to add them in one go. Recipe by esu cookpad.japan -
Moist Roll Cake with Milk, Butter and Cream Moist Roll Cake with Milk, Butter and Cream
I tried to make something featuring cream.Make sure you whip the cream well. I've never made it with full fat dairy cream, but the butter gives it a richness, so cheap non-dairy cream is fine. Recipe by kkomugi cookpad.japan -
Matcha Roll Cake White Chocolate Cream Matcha Roll Cake White Chocolate Cream
This version of matcha cake is based on Fluffy Cocoa Chocolate Roll Cake. I have increased the amount of cream compared to the cocoa version. The more cream you have, the more easier it will be to roll up, even with a thicker cake.Make the meringue stiff enough so that it will not drop even if you turn the bowl upside down. Then turn the electric mixer on low speed for 2-3 minutes, and whip until really smooth. The meringue should form stiff peaks but should not be too firm. The electric mixer can be used for steps 2-4. The cream might seem a bit watery but it will thicken as it chills in the fridge. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -
