Steps

First of all, prepare syrup of sugar. While making the syrup, open 2 cardamoms and add them. when 1 strin syrup is ready, keep it aside.

Now remove the edge part from the slice of bread and cut it into 4 pieces. Then heat ghee/oil in a wok and fry the bread pieces on medium flame until golden crispy. The bread is fried immediately (in less time).

Now dip this fried bread in syrup and take it out. Even after coating it in syrup, the bread remains so crispy. You can see in the photo.

Now take milk in a pan, add milk powder to it and mix well, then keep stirring continuously on medium flame of gas. In just 5 minutes, the milk will start to thicken. Add leftover sugar syrup to it and mix again. when the rabdi starts to leave the core,remove from heat.

In this way it will thicken. All this process takes place in 10 minutes. Now apply this malai rubdi on sweet bread toast and cover it with another toast.
